Wall and finish

Wall & ceiling panels

The base material for everything else we make: a 100% PET-fibre acoustic board that can be cut, milled, thermoformed, printed and wrapped while retaining its sound-absorbing properties.

System overview

Flat, V-groove, 3D, engraved and digitally printed PET panels for walls, ceilings and joinery.

GREENISH board is needled recycled polyester, thermally bonded without added adhesives or formaldehyde binders. Standard and fire-rated formulations are available, with flame retardancy incorporated into the fibre during manufacture. Because the board is homogeneous, cut edges blend into the surface and can be sanded, routed and refinished on site.

The range covers flat panels for walls and ceilings, V-groove and shadow-gap profiles, 3D thermoformed tiles, CNC-engraved patterns and direct-printed surfaces. Panels can be fixed with adhesive, concealed clips, magnetic systems or a timber batten grid, depending on the substrate and the acoustic build-up required.

  • One material, many surfaces. Flat, grooved, 3D, engraved or printed from the same recyclable board.
  • Homogeneous colour. Dyed through, so cut edges and scratches do not reveal a white core.
  • Machinable on site. Can be cut with a knife or saw and sanded; no edge banding needed.
  • Printed without plastic film. Water-based inks penetrate the fibre, so the printed board remains a mono-material construction suitable for compatible polyester recycling streams.
  • Sheet sizes for the layout. 1220 × 2440 mm and 1225 × 2800 mm, 3–24 mm thick, 600–3600 g/m².
  • Four ways to fix. Adhesive, concealed clips, magnetic systems or a timber batten grid.

One substrate, many finishes

Flat, grooved, 3D, engraved or printed from the same recyclable board.

02

Through-coloured

Dyed through, so cut edges and scratches do not reveal a white core.

Everything below is made to order in our plant. None of it is a catalogue variant with a lead time attached — it is a production instruction.

  • V-groove and shadow-gap profiles — no MOQ, cut to order
  • 3D thermoformed tiles and fins
  • CNC-engraved patterns from our library or yours
  • Digital print with water-based inks
  • Felt-faced composite for upholstered walls
  • Polished panels with a smoother face
  • Felt composite GRS-FE-001–006

Specification Q&A

Common specification questions.

Can panels be used in wet areas?
PET is moisture resistant and dimensionally stable, but for continuously wet areas we recommend a protective coating or an alternative substrate.
What is the recycled content?
Minimum 60% post-consumer recycled PET, certified by SCS. Some colours reach higher; ask for the current declaration.
How do I cut and fix panels?
Cut with a circular saw or knife and fix with adhesive, clips or battens. We supply a fixing guide with every order.
